Meet Adam Saad

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Saad.

Hi Adam, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Started as just an idea. A NEW IDEA. Real go-karting, designed for adults, not the kiddie type ones at the putt-putt places. It is huge business in Europe already, but just starting in this country. When we first opened our doors, 16 years ago (2005), there were only 40 tracks like ours in the country. Now there are about 200! We survived and thrived the tough years, the recession, the pandemic, etc… by constantly changing ourselves. Adding new stuff. Changing stuff. Just staying fresh and re-inventing ourselves periodically!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has definitely not been smooth. We are on a small country road, in the middle of nowhere. So we are definitely a destination, not a drive-by. So we compensated bad location, with extra marketing. We spent a ton at the beginning, with every media source possible. And as the word got out more and more, we started advertising less and less. In fact, we do nothing but some Facebook and Instagram currently.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
This job definitely has struggles, as do all businesses. But, we are selling fun. We are selling entertainment. Not insurance or internet service. We sell amusement! So, it is the best feeling when you see people leave with a huge grin, and talking so much to their buddies, and then on top of that the amazing online revues we get. That is what makes it worth it. (And the money also).

What sets us apart is number 1, the service. We go over and beyond to make sure all customers are happy (most of them, atleast). And number 2, we are ALL INDOOR, so weather is never a factor. And number 3 the speed — our karts go over 40MPH; the kiddie type karts are maxed out at 18MPH.

Our specialty is Company Outings. We give them a real team-bonding experience, unlike any other type of outing!

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
We do constantly grow and improve each year. Five years ago, we started a Summer Camp, which became a huge hit immediately. Four years ago, we bought a Luxury Limo Bus to pick up our corporate clients. Three years ago, we added Axe-Throwing. Two years ago, we added a rock climbing wall. And this year, in the middle of the Pandemic, we built a new mezzanine, on top of the track, overlooking the whole place from a bird’s eye view.

We did the mezzanine during this Pandemic to prove to the world, we are not dying or struggling; but it gives the image that we are here for the long run. Nothing will keep us down!

Pricing:
