Today we’d like to introduce you to Bruce France.
Hi Bruce, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our company began in 2006 when we launched our first product under motorcycleskullcaps.com. Originally, the business plan was to expand with our skull caps into other motorcycle-related products, but we were drawn into a different direction into custom embroidery and printing.
Over the years, we have acquired more equipment and training to better serve our customers with their embroidery and screen printing needs. We currently offer custom embroidery, traditional screen printing, full-color vinyl printing and laser engraving.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Like most businesses, we faced a number of obstacles over the years. The first major obstacle we faced was finding a retail location that was affordable but also a good fit for our business needs. Another challenge we encountered was making enough money to grow and sustain the business. It took a long time for us to develop a client base and reputation where customers would look to us to serve their needs.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We specialize in apparel decoration and we’re best known for embroidery and screen printing services. We’ve been in business for over 15 years and proud to say we’ve maintained an excellent google rating. We take pride in what we do and make sure that every customer walks out of our doors happy.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I think most people would be surprised to learn that I enjoyed woodworking and making things.
