Good morning Chelsea , we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First off I have to try to wake up, drink some coffee or tea, do a little reading, and relax before getting my day started!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a songwriter, musician, and producer. I play several instruments. My favorite days are getting in the studio to make the song come to life!
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
The world has never told me who to be. I’ve always felt like I’ve been my creative authentic self this entire time, and I stay true to that process. You will always grow and learn, but it’s important to never lose sight of who you are.
What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
That it’s always ok to fail. Failure provides growth, and growth forces you to learn. You never know if you never try. You also never know if you never learn from it and learn from those mistakes along the way.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
The songs will always be a commitment. No matter how long they take, they are worth the extra effort and time spent on them.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
I would make sure to work less and spend more time with my family. I would spend it with the ones who mean the most and have believed in me from the beginning. I would make sure to be kind and love everyone because you never know what someone is going through.
