Hi Chastity, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Five years ago, I contracted a severe case of COVID-19. Within weeks, my hair began to shed in alarming amounts, and the problem only got worse. Washing my hair became a dreaded task; loose strands covered my hands, pillow, and shower drain. Then menopause hit, and the shedding only intensified. By that point, I had lost about half of my hair, and my hairline was starting to recede.

I tried everything: hormone doctors, vitamins, serums, red light therapy—you name it, I did it. Nothing worked. Nothing helped. Severe depression set in.

I felt hopeless.

Two years ago, while still trying everything under the sun to help restore my hair, I stumbled upon an article about essential oils and how they can help combat hair loss. At that moment I dove in, researching natural oils, which I learned could detoxify my scalp, strengthen follicles, and promote regrowth. As I experimented with individual organic oils, nothing had a noticeable effect, and no blends on the market spoke to me.

It quickly became clear that I needed to put together all I had learned and create my own unique blend in a tiny glass dropper bottle I got off Amazon.

Little did I know, that dropper bottle would eventually become regener8.

Using my new blend three times a week, I soon noticed my scalp felt cleaner, and my hair looked shinier. At first, I thought I was seeing things, but close friends and my husband noticed. After a few weeks, the shedding slowed dramatically. After a few months, I began to see the miracle of tiny hairs sprouting around my hairline. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Being a mom, especially to a child with autism, has always made it challenging for me to put myself first. Like any mom, I often find myself stretched thin. The biggest struggle has been carving out the time to focus on regener8 while also building a team that truly understands my vision. We were able to find two amazing women who helped get us to where we are today. Our COO, Namita Lokare and Marketing & Content Lead, Melanie Loeffler. Another pillar in this business is my husband, Patrick Sullivan, who has an entrepreneurial background that has been invaluable in this journey. His support—both in business and at home—has given me the space I need to give regener8 the attention it deserves.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have always been a creative person at heart. I love to draw and have always been passionate about health and wellness and finding natural alternatives. My business background is in natural skincare on the retail side. After giving birth to my twin boys and receiving my sons autism diagnosis, it became necessary to put my career on hold. My journey to find healthier organic alternatives to our lifestyle strengthened. I started to hone into more essential oils and organic approaches.

Helping people has always been at the core of who I am. For me, regener8 is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of my passion and purpose. It’s about providing solutions that empower others to feel confident and nurtured in their own journey. What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to truly understanding people’s needs and guiding them toward more natural alternatives that make a real difference.
