Hi Dustin , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Dustin Lee, raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is a distinguished leader and community advocate. As one of the Owners of Carolina Crew FC, he combines his extensive soccer experience with a deep commitment to community involvement.

Dustin’s soccer career began in his teenage years with the US Air Force Soccer Team, where he scored 16 goals in a single season and led his team to a championship. He has also served as the General Manager for a professional soccer club and spent decades coaching, contributing significantly to the growth of the sport at various levels.

In addition to his soccer achievements, Dustin has dedicated over 20 years to firefighting, demonstrating his commitment to service and bravery. His diverse career includes notable roles with MTV and as an agent for celebrities and bands, enriching his skills in brand management and public relations.

Dustin is also a devoted father to Landon and Ayden, who share his passion for sports. His active involvement in their lives reflects his belief in nurturing the next generation.

Dustin Lee’s career spans sports, firefighting, and entertainment, showcasing a life of leadership, service, and community engagement. As he leads Carolina Crew FC, his vision and dedication continue to drive the organization forward.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I feel every endeavor has its ups and downs however I’ve always learned to never burn your bridges and it’s ok
To disagree just find a happy medium to stay positive and move forward. Use Haters to your advantage to motivate you to prove them wrong. And one persons No is another persons yes.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Jack of all trades and have always learned to try everything until
You find what works best for you and becomes the best fit. I love meeting people, I’m a thrill seeker and go getter. I am proof that a college degree isn’t needed to become successful , Education is important however I believe that everyone has their own unique skill set and if you find what interests you work hard at it and you will succeed .

I ran my grandfathers rental business at 10 years old.
I became a firefighter for over 20 years at age 16
I played professional soccer at age 16
I worked with MTV at 21 and learned marketing and advertising and worked my way up to owning my own agency group and securing my own clients for management and development.

I owned my own soccer club with over 200 youth members at 22 years old

I started a successful landscaping company and secured Dot and Government Contracts at our local state and Fort Bragg

I became GM of a Professional Soccer Team

My amazing team and staff/ volunteers came together and created the Carolina Crew FC and we have attracted the attention and support from everyone we meet and the community and this is the greatest success of all.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I’m
A social media guy however I’d have to say the Bible app is one of my favorites . You have to put God first at everything we do in life.
