

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hope Moore
Hi Hope, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My husband and I took a weekend trip with a group of friends. While the guys hung out, the girls chatted on the porch, catching up on life. Our conversation naturally turned to our current careers and what we wanted out of life.
As Ethan and I drove home, the conversation turned to the future—what we wanted for ourselves, for our family, and for the life we were building together. Having just welcomed our first child, we felt an even stronger desire to create something meaningful—something that could grow with us and, hopefully, be part of her future one day.
On the drive home, we kept coming back to the idea of finding a path that was both steady and fulfilling. We knew we wanted to work in a trade—something hands-on, something that couldn’t be replaced by technology or an economic downturn. So, we started exploring our options, applying for an SBA loan, and talking to business coaches. One coach, after hearing our story and our heart for helping people, encouraged us to look into restoration. The more we learned, the more it felt like the perfect fit.
Now, a year later, we’re proud to be running our own restoration business, helping people through some of their toughest moments and building something bigger than ourselves—something we hope will last for generations to come.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting a business is a lot of work, and there are many opportunities to make mistakes. Unfortunately, we learned some hard lessons the expensive way, but we persevered. Seeing people at their worst and transforming their situation into something better than it was before, makes the journey worthwhile.

We take great pride in transforming the perception of the restoration industry. We understand that our clients come to us in moments of devastation and uncertainty, and our goal is to help them see the bigger picture. Where there is loss, there is also the opportunity for renewal. Rather than focusing on the hardship, we guide our clients toward the excitement of what’s to come—creating something even more beautiful than before. From our very first interaction, we strive to replace fear with hope and turn a difficult process into a rewarding journey. I think in any situation having a positive outlook in a bad situation will set you apart from most people.
How do you think about happiness?
My family is my greatest source of happiness. Every day, I wake up determined to be the best I can be—working hard to provide for their needs and create a life filled with joy, adventure, and unforgettable moments together.
