Check Out Lindsey Holmes’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Holmes.

Hi Lindsey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I have always, even as a young girl, loved taking photos, keeping photos, and never wanting to get rid of them. I’ve always loved the idea of having a memory to be able to look back on. Life got in the way of me ever taking it seriously. About a year ago now, I decided I was going to take the plunge as a birthday gift to myself and purchase a camera. Ever since then, I have been learning and teaching myself as I go. 

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting with knowing absolutely nothing, there has of course, been struggles along the way with learning camera settings for different lighting, getting people to trust me to work with; I offered free sessions for so many people at the beginning to help learn myself, build relationships, and to get myself out there. 

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I specialize in photography. I currently will do most any type of session that is asked of me. I have found that I love doing styled/editorial sessions most.
