Check Out Randa Elsayed’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Randa Elsayed.

Hi Randa, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, you could tell our readers some of your backstories.
I started my business after shifting my career. I worked in the media in Egypt; then, I worked with my husband as a cosmetologist when I moved to the USA. However, I started to listen to my client’s story—the drama of life. These stories inspired me to study NLP and Reiki energy and earn a master’s in psychology. Through this combination, I became more attentive to the people by guiding them to happiness through healing. Therefore, I became a founder through Radiant Healing Star Company. I coach the family, youth, children, and parents to accept the differences. As a result, I published my book, Etiquette and Educate, on Amazon to support the communication between children and their parents and boost their behavior.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My struggle during my journey was acceptance. So, accepting people from different cultures did not allow people to build barriers. For example, when I moved from Egypt with a different culture, I presented at a workshop about the family and how to build a positive relationship with children, but people created barriers because of my culture. So, they cannot accept my workshops, and that is due to judging others through their culture. In fact, mankind is one, no matter how different cultures, creeds, or even colors differ, so we must accept each other because, in the end, we are humans. As a result, people’s first language is not to prioritize the person over the disability in the body, but rather the disability in the mind. The more negative your thinking is, the more it influences your decisions and behaviors, which in turn has a negative impact on your communication with others. So, NLP refers to the different maps of each individual’s mind, which come from their own life experiences. So, we need to accept each other without judgment. However, I accepted this challenge to stimulate my skills and increase my audience from different countries that came to the US from all over the world.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’m concentrating on upgrading my certification to help autistic children. Right now, I’m working with a unique center in Raleigh to increase autistic children’s skills. This work is part-time, but it is my best time with beautiful kids.
