The journey into my photography career began with the birth of my first son, a transformative moment that awakened my innate desire to capture and preserve the precious moments of life. Entranced by the magic of documenting every laugh, giggle, milestone, and special occasion, I found myself increasingly drawn to the art of photography. It was during this time that I received a thoughtful gift – my first real camera, a pivotal moment that marked the transition from a casual observer to a passionate photographer. 

As I delved into the world of photography, spending countless hours refining my skills and exploring the intricacies of the craft, my hobby evolved into a profound calling. The more I immersed myself in the art, the clearer it became that photography was not just a pastime but a lifelong passion waiting to be explored. 

Over 17 fulfilling years, I have had the privilege of honing my craft and capturing the essence of countless families. Each photo session is a unique journey, an opportunity to freeze moments in time that will be cherished for generations. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The photography journey has been rewarding but not without challenges. Professional burnout and a lack of inspiration were significant struggles. The constant demand for creativity led to exhaustion, and creative stagnation tested my passion. Overcoming required self-care, seeking diverse inspiration, and embracing new experiences. These challenges, though tough, contributed to my growth as an artist and an individual.

I specialize in maternity and newborn photography, focusing on capturing the pure essence of the beautiful journey into motherhood. My signature style is characterized by a boho aesthetic, with a preference for earthy tones that accentuate the natural beauty of the moment. What sets me apart is my commitment to showcasing the inner beauty of my clients, emphasizing the genuine emotions and the uniqueness of each mother. I take pride in the strong relationships built with happy clients, many of whom return year after year. It’s the trust they place in me to encapsulate the precious moments that I cherish the most. 

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The key lesson from my journey is to believe in your dream, trust yourself, learn from the best, and work hard. This combination forms a powerful formula for success, guiding me through challenges and shaping my path in my chosen field.
