Hi Emily , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a certified Transaction Coordinator and the proud owner of Perfect Transaction Partners, a company built from the heart to help real estate agents stay focused on their clients while I take care of the details.
I proudly serve agents across the Triad and Triangle regions of North Carolina, making the process from contract to close smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. After nearly five years in the real estate industry and more than 20 years in client-focused roles, I saw firsthand just how much support agents truly need behind the scenes.
In July of 2024, I took a leap of faith and launched my own business. Since then, I’ve successfully coordinated dozens of closings, met (and exceeded) the business goals I set, and built lasting partnerships with agents who trust me to keep things on track.
At Perfect Transaction Partners, I handle all the behind-the-scenes details — scheduling inspections and closings, coordinating documents and signatures, monitoring deadlines and communication, and supporting agents with seamless service every step of the way.
Faith, family, and service are the values that guide me in everything I do — both personally and professionally. I’m incredibly proud to be a wife to my husband, Todd, who works full-time and still finds the time and energy to care for our family cattle farm. We’re blessed with two amazing children, Peyton and Parker, who keep our lives full of joy, purpose, and adventure. As a family, we love spending time camping, enjoying the outdoors, and making memories on the farm.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey hasn’t been without its challenges—starting a business demands courage, patience, and plenty of prayer. Launching Perfect Transaction Partners was a true leap of faith, leaving behind the familiar to follow a purpose I felt deeply called to pursue.
The early days were full of learning curves — setting up systems, establishing processes, and trying to balance business and family life. I wore every hat imaginable: marketer, accountant, administrator, and coordinator, all while earning trust and building relationships from scratch. There were late nights and moments of uncertainty, but also reminders of the purpose that sparked it all.
But every challenge brought growth. Each obstacle became a lesson that strengthened not just my business, but my faith and confidence, too. Looking back, those early struggles were the very things that shaped Perfect Transaction Partners into what it is today — a business built on perseverance, heart, and the desire to serve others well.

My role is to manage all the behind-the-scenes details — from contract to close — so agents can focus on what they do best: building relationships, serving clients, and growing their business.
At Perfect Transaction Partners, I handle everything from scheduling inspections and closings to coordinating signatures, ensuring compliance, monitoring deadlines, and keeping communication flowing between all parties involved. My goal is to make every transaction smooth, organized, and stress-free for everyone.
What sets me apart is the level of personalized service and care I bring to each partnership. I don’t see myself as “just” a Transaction Coordinator — I see myself as an extension of my agents’ team. I take the time to learn their preferences, communication styles, and business goals so I can tailor my support to fit their exact needs. I truly believe in celebrating every win, big or small, right alongside them.
I’m most proud that Perfect Transaction Partners has become known for being dependable, organized, and relationship-driven. Every email, checklist, and closing is done with intention and heart. My brand represents faith, family, and service — values that guide me daily and remind me that success isn’t just about the number of closings, but about the trust and confidence my agents place in me.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that consistency always pays off. Building a business from the ground up takes time, patience, and a belief in yourself — even on the days when things don’t go as planned. I’ve learned that success doesn’t happen overnight; it’s built through small, intentional steps taken with heart and purpose.
I’ve also learned the power of relationships. In real estate, trust is everything — and when you truly care about the people you serve, it shows. Whether it’s an agent, client, or vendor partner, I’ve seen how showing up, communicating clearly, and doing what you say you’ll do builds a foundation that lasts.
Most of all, I’ve learned that when you lead with faith, integrity, and service, everything else falls into place. Every challenge, every milestone, and every success has been a reminder that I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to do.
