Hi Jodi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to North Carolina in 1998 and began working with several Human Resources and recruiting companies. During that time, I gained valuable experience but also noticed something missing in the industry—a truly personalized approach. Many firms focused on transactions rather than relationships, and I felt there was a deeper need to genuinely understand clients and candidates on a personal level.
Driven by that vision, I founded Platinum Business Solutions. My goal was to create a firm that offered a personalized touch—one that listened closely, understood what clients really needed, and delivered customized solutions with care and integrity.
That commitment to service and understanding continues to guide everything we do at Platinum Business Solutions today.

It hasn’t always been a smooth road—there have been plenty of challenges along the way. Yet, I have always believed that integrity matters most. I would rather present no candidates than offer ones who aren’t the right fit. Quality over quantity has always been my standard.
Beyond recruiting, I have a deep passion for the Human Resources side of the business. Every company I consult with feels like one of my own. I take pride in helping businesses navigate their growing pains, develop their teams, and reach new levels of success.
At the heart of it all, I see myself as a strategic partner—someone who listens, advises, and walks alongside clients through every stage of growth. I genuinely love what I do and am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
