Community Highlights: Meet Kayleigh Jade Bradham of Total Transformation Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kayleigh Jade Bradham.

Hi Kayleigh Jade, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a mom of three awesome kids and one super cute French bulldog who absolutely loves fitness and wellness! I literally fell into fitness after fracturing my leg pursuing a professional dancing career and haven’t looked back since. As a professional in the industry for over ten years, I’ve fallen in love with helping people positively change their bodies and lives. I’ve found that when we become the best version of ourselves, we are most able to help others and positively impact the world around us.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all! My own health and wellness journey has had its fair share of obstacles and challenges along the way that have helped me learn a lot about not only the power of health and wellness but the importance of our mindset, especially our own self-belief. I’m a strong believer that each one of us literally possesses the power to overcome anything and in turn, have anything that we can dream. Some of my biggest challenges have been long-term battles with chronic illness, overcoming severe trauma, and learning to find myself as a single mom of three kids after losing a marriage of over 12 years.

As you know, we’re big fans of Total Transformation Wellness. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I help people build the body they want through customized fitness and wellness programming that optimizes BOTH fitness and nutrition to help people get in the best shape of their lives. I teach my clients wellness as a lifestyle so that once they achieve the results they’re looking for, they can maintain those results and never have to backtrack or yo-yo with their weight or shape again.

I offer both 1-on-1 and group coaching services, and I love serving people who want to be in better shape but have been experiencing difficulty getting where they want to be on their own. My background in mindset training/coaching allows me to also help clients align their mentality to bring about even faster transformation and experience results long-term. I serve a range of clientele from working professionals to people battling chronic illness and it’s a privilege getting to help and watch people transform their lives every day!

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
I feel like the COVID-19 crisis has helped all of us appreciate the value of personal connection on a deeper level. The crisis taught me an even greater value for self-care and prioritizing wellness because I’ve learned that although we can’t control what happens around us, we can control how well we take care of ourselves and when we make that a priority, we become much more able to weather the challenges that life can throw our way, no matter how unexpected.
