Today we’d like to introduce you to Lori Valenti.
Hi Lori, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For years, I was busy building businesses and helping other people create the lives they wanted. Then, in what felt like an instant, my own life changed. After experiencing both a vaccine injury and COVID within a short period of time, my body went into a health crisis. What followed was a long and difficult journey through severe dysautonomia, POTS, autoimmune challenges, neuroinflammation, MCAS, EDS, and countless symptoms that affected every part of my daily life. I went from being someone who was constantly on the go to someone who had to learn how to simply survive.
As I searched for answers, I realized that healing wasn’t going to come from just one doctor, one treatment, or one approach. I spent years researching, working with practitioners from many different backgrounds, and exploring everything from functional medicine and nutrition to peptides, nervous system regulation, movement, recovery therapies, and holistic wellness modalities. Along the way, I met incredible people whose knowledge and passion helped me regain my health and gave me hope when I needed it most.
As I slowly began to heal, I realized that many others were facing the same uphill battle—trying to piece together their own wellness journey by driving from office to office and searching endlessly for answers. That experience inspired the creation of Health House. My vision was to build one place where people could find a community and a variety of wellness and recovery options under one roof, making it easier to explore the tools and practitioners that might support their own path to better health.
Health House was born from one simple belief: that people deserve a place where they feel seen, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey. While no single approach works for everyone, I wanted to create a collaborative space where education, movement, recovery, and holistic wellness come together. My hope is that the challenges I faced can now help others find encouragement, connection, and a path forward toward feeling like themselves again.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Opening a business is never without obstacles, and Health House was no exception. Between unexpected build-out and permitting delays and my own ongoing health journey, there were many moments that required patience and perseverance. As I worked to regain my strength, I was also working to bring to life a space where others could find the support and wellness resources that helped me along my own path.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Health House was created to solve one of the biggest frustrations in healthcare and wellness: fragmentation. Too often, people spend their time driving from one appointment to another—seeing a fitness coach in one location, a massage therapist in another, a wellness practitioner somewhere else, and searching on their own for recovery tools and education. The result can be overwhelming, expensive, and disconnected.
At Health House, we’ve brought those pieces together under one roof. Our model combines movement, recovery, holistic wellness, education, and integrative practitioners in a collaborative environment where people can create a personalized path to better health. Whether someone is focused on prevention, healing, longevity, or simply feeling their best, they have access to multiple resources in one convenient location.
Our holistic and integrative approach recognizes that health is rarely one-dimensional. Physical fitness, stress, sleep, inflammation, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle all work together. By offering a wide range of wellness modalities and experienced practitioners in one space, Health House helps people take a more complete approach to their well-being—saving time, reducing stress, and making lasting health changes more accessible.
Health House is more than a wellness center—it’s a community designed to simplify the health journey and empower people to take control of their wellness in one supportive, collaborative environment.
