Today we’d like to introduce you to Sasha Robinson

Hi Sasha, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always wanted to own my own business but was fearful about stepping into the unknown. My 15-year career as a Social Worker was driven by my passion to help others. Although it was fulfilling work, my gut kept nudging me to explore more ways to step further into my purpose. During my research phase, there was a niche section in real estate that kept growing in appeal; Transaction Coordination. This felt like the right thing to move forward with but fear kept me in analysis paralysis mode. It wasn’t until the untimely passing of my father that I decided not to let anything hold me back anymore. I started Heritage Transaction Solutions in hopes of making an impact in the lives of others, as well as my family, for this generation and beyond. The journey so far has been amazing and I’m excited and humbled to be in a position to help make dreams come true.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Once I decided I wanted to move forward in entrepreneurship I invested in a great mentorship program and surrounded myself with knowledgeable people in the TC space. They have help me navigate this new role with ease and when hiccups do arise they are there to give direction and guidance. So I would say there have been challenges but I’m surrounded by so much support.

Success for me is defined by how well I am able to create a meaningful impact while staying aligned with my purpose and values. I will feel successful when I’m able to create something that lasts and matters.
