HeRemedy® began in 2014 as A Woman’s Work—a spark ignited by my passion to empower women from all walks of life. It quickly evolved into A Greater Work, LLC (AGW), where a vibrant community was built through connection and virtual empowerment. By 2020, the vision was rebranded as HeRemedy, LLC, creating a bold sanctuary for women to Resume (Heart2Heart Confidantes), Recharge (Coaching), and Reconnect (Community) with their authentic selves.
The journey has been marked by inspiring milestones: launching the pioneering Heart2Heart Confidante program, publishing Creating HeRemedy—a soul-stirring self-coaching journal, rolling out dynamic online courses, and introducing TL&H Coaching, a holistic, heart-centered approach. DiscoverU was launched to empower women entrepreneurs to own their success, and HeR Merch encouraged women to “Mind HeR Mind and HeR Business.” Through our storytelling series, HeR Stories, we proudly gave back, supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with every purchase.
Featured in Urban Magazine (May 2022) and officially trademarked in 2023, HeRemedy took an exciting leap in 2025 by embracing women at the dawn of their herbal and holistic wellness journeys, empowering growth, healing, and breakthrough transformation.
As the founder, I bring over 10 years of experience as a certified Master Life Coach, complemented by certifications in herbs and supplements, and stress management. My personal journey began in 2015—a transformative path of shedding limitations and embracing holistic wellness that nurtures mind, body, and soul. While losing 50 pounds was a significant milestone, the true transformation has been a spiritual awakening and living each day with greater purpose and intention.
I am fiercely committed to this mission: to ignite the power within every woman and empower her to thrive, especially those at the dawn of their herbal and holistic wellness journey. I create a bold, safe, and uplifting space where women confront mental blocks, break through obstacles, and unleash their true potential.

The journey hasn’t always been smooth—there have been many pivotal moments where we needed to pivot and adapt.
