Community Highlights: Meet Tiffany Pridgen of Glow Yoga

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Pridgen.

Hi Tiffany , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I began teaching yoga in 2013 after experiencing tremendous benefits from my own personal yoga practice, which helped me navigated the loss of my father. I was inspired to take yoga teacher training and right away began teaching locally which led me to eventually opening a yoga studio in Clayton, NC. After 4 years of owning a brick & mortar community based yoga studio, I discovered my true passion was yoga teacher trainings empowering other teachers to fulfill their dreams of sharing the practice with others. Now, I focus exclusively on 200 & 300 Hour teacher trainings led privately to really emphasize personal and professional development that is deeply aligned with the individuals goals.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Owning a small business is incredibly rewarding, but it definitely has challenges! Navigating the COVID pandemic was by far the biggest challenge I have faced as a business owner, but honestly, I am grateful for it because it gave me so much clarity and direction for growing my business.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Glow Yoga?
I led private yoga teacher trainings that focus exclusively on developing your unique passions in yoga. My trainings are designed to provide clarity on your purpose, the value you bring to the yoga market, and how to create aligned opportunities for your yoga business. I also specialize in yoga for equestrian athletes as horses sre my passion in life!

How do you think about happiness?
My horses and living on my horse farm, which was my childhood dream.
