Today we’d like to introduce you to Will Haire.
Hi Will, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started out in SEO and got hooked on retail arbitrage, buying discounted products in stores and selling them online. My weekends were spent digging through storage lockers, hitting estate sales, and placing late-night Alibaba orders back when it still felt like the Wild West of eCommerce.
BellaVix began as a way to fund a jewelry line my wife and I wanted to launch. She’s my co-founder, bringing merchandising and logistics experience, while I came from startups, advertising, and SEO. Together, we had all the pieces to make it work.
Consulting for other brands started as a means to an end, but we turned out to be good at it. By 2018, my five-to-nine was outperforming and giving me more fulfillment than my nine-to-five, so we made the call and went all in on BellaVix.
Today, we’re a remote-first agency that has helped brands generate over half a billion dollars in sales. We’ve partnered with household names like P&G, Instant Pot, and Corelle, along with rising brands like Three Ships, Leap Year, and Wood 2 Art. Not bad for a side hustle that refused to stay in its lane.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been anything but smooth. When we started hiring, I quickly realized my role had shifted from doing the work to doing everything else. Suddenly, I was handling accounting, bookkeeping, HR systems, and every problem that rolled downhill. My job became standing in the valley, pushing the team up the mountain while managing the chaos that came with growth.
The first couple of years were rough. We had the drive but not the roadmap. Things changed when I started talking with other agency owners who mentioned their coaches. I remember asking, “Wait, you pay for that?” They laughed and said it was the best investment they ever made.
So we hired one. Frank, who built and sold an eight-figure agency before starting Revenue Ranch, introduced us to Traction by Gino Wickman and the EOS framework. We implemented a lighter version of it, which gave us structure, alignment, and clarity. The result was stronger processes, consistent execution, and a better experience for both our clients and our team.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about BellaVix?
BellaVix is a boutique Amazon and Walmart agency that helps brands grow on the world’s biggest retail platforms. We manage advertising, SEO, product launches, creative, and full-funnel marketplace strategy.
We’re known for being hands-on and data-driven while keeping things human. Our clients trust us because we work like an extension of their team, focused on results that actually matter and partnerships that last.
What sets us apart is how personal our approach is. We don’t use templates or cookie-cutter strategies. Every plan is built around the brand’s goals, challenges, and stage of growth. That focus has helped our clients generate more than half a billion dollars in sales and build lasting success online.
We’ve partnered with a wide range of brands, from established names like Derma E, Think Sun, and Belly Bandit to innovative companies like Outward Hound that bring real personality to the marketplace. Each brand has its own story, and helping them scale while staying true to it is what we do best.
I’m proud that BellaVix has built a reputation for being real. No fluff, no buzzwords, just a smart, driven team that genuinely enjoys helping brands succeed.
If there’s one thing readers should know, it’s that we help brands show up where their customers already are, look great when they get there, and turn that visibility into real, measurable growth.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Find people who have already done what you are trying to do, and listen more than you talk. Early on, I thought networking was about collecting business cards. Now I see it is about collecting insight.
The best decision I ever made was hiring a coach. Talking with someone who had built and sold an eight-figure agency changed everything. It gave me perspective, structure, and accountability. I also make it a point to connect with other founders who are in the trenches. We trade ideas, share challenges, and remind each other that nobody really has it all figured out.
My advice is simple. Be curious, be helpful, and keep showing up. Mentorship and strong relationships rarely come from a pitch. They come from shared experience, honest conversations, and the willingness to keep learning.
