Hi Anthony , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Anthony Baker. I’m a 27 year old tattoo artist in Greenville North Carolina . I started tattooing about 4 years ago at a shop that wasn’t out for my best interest. After bouncing around to a couple different shops I decided to start my own business. 2 years later I’m doing great and growing everyday.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When I started I was a apprentice at a tattoo shop who was into the old fashion ways of learning to tattoo. They didn’t care much for the evolution of a future artist as much as they wanted to haze me . After months of my apprenticeship I was fired and it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

I love tattooing. It’s a passion of mine that I feel makes me more connected to people and the world. From the beginning of time people marked their bodies and to be able to do the same in 2025 is amazing. I love helping people express themselves freely.
What were you like growing up?
Growing up I was a shy kid. Always reserved and I still am most days. I feel like I view the world differently then a lot of people .

- Full day sessions for $800 (10 hours)
- Most tattoos are base prices not hourly
- Shop minimum is $100
