My journey into the beauty industry began with a personal struggle—severe acne that left me feeling invisible and insecure.

I realized that acne isn’t just a physical condition—it’s also a mental and emotional challenge.

Overcoming it wasn’t just about clearer skin; it was a transformative experience that rebuilt my self-esteem and sparked a deep passion for skincare. In school, I discovered the art of waxing, and I realized that both facials and waxing could empower others to feel confident in their own skin.

Today, as a 5-star rated studio in Four Oaks, NC, I’m proud to offer personalized waxing and facial treatments that help women not only look great but feel amazing from within.

Like any entrepreneur, I faced challenges along the way—building a client base, marketing, and learning how to balance everything as a small business owner.

Through consistency, hard work, determination, word-of-mouth, and providing top-tier service, my business quickly grew, earning 5-star reviews on Google and Instagram.

I thank God every day; if it wasn’t for him, this wouldn’t be possible. I feel so blessed and grateful for each client that walks through my door, they allow me to do what I love. Connecting on a personal level, hearing their stories, and witnessing how my work impacts their lives is what truly makes this journey worthwhile.

I’m excited to continue expanding, connecting with more amazing women, and making my mark in the beauty industry.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road was far from smooth. In the beginning, I invested so much—time, energy, and money—only to see minimal results. I started with zero appointments and just about three to five clients, which was both humbling and challenging.

However, that difficult start taught me the value of perseverance and the importance to continue building genuine connections with my clients.

Every early struggle has been a stepping stone to where I am today, making the journey—and every success—all the more meaningful.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m the owner of Brittany’s Spa in Four Oaks, NC, where I specialize in full body waxing and facial treatments that truly transform the way my clients feel. I truly understand what my clients are going through because I’ve been there myself.

What sets me apart is the genuine connection I have with my clients. I feel their struggles, celebrate their victories, and treat every appointment as if I’m caring for a dear friend.

I’ve worked incredibly hard to build this business from the ground up. Starting with zero appointments and only five clients, and every step of that journey has fueled my passion even more.

Brittany’s Spa is my pride & joy, and I pour my heart into every treatment, ensuring that each client not only receives outstanding service but also leaves feeling empowered and cared for.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
My greatest resource is my spiritual life. I read the Bible, Listen to the word, & maintain a strong connection with God, which grounds me and guides me through both the challenges and victories in my work and personal life. This connection has truly helped me become a better person in every aspect of my life, providing strength, clarity, and purpose every day.
