Hi Christine, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey in nursing began in 2016, and since then, I’ve gained diverse experience in cardiac care, hospice, emergency medicine, corrections, and mental health. This broad background has given me a unique perspective and a strong foundation in patient care. In October 2024, I decided to leverage my expertise and passion for helping others by launching my own nurse concierge business. I specialize in post-surgical recovery care for cosmetic surgery patients, providing personalized, professional support during a critical time. I saw a need for comprehensive, at-home care that went beyond basic assistance, and I’m committed to filling that gap.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting a business is never entirely smooth, and mine has been no exception. One of the biggest challenges has been building a consistent client base. Navigating the world of marketing and effectively using social media to reach potential clients has also been a steep learning curve. As a nurse, my expertise lies in patient care, not necessarily digital marketing. However, I’m committed to learning and adapting. I have also had to learn the business side of things, like insurance, and how to structure my business for growth.

I specialize in providing comprehensive post-surgical recovery care for cosmetic surgery patients. My services include transportation, medication education and pick-up, vital sign monitoring, incision and wound assessment, and even overnight stays for those who need extra support. I’m known for my personalized approach and my commitment to ensuring each patient’s comfort and safety.
I’m most proud of the positive impact I have on my patients’ recovery experience. By providing professional, attentive care, I help them navigate a potentially stressful period with greater ease and confidence.
What sets me apart is my extensive nursing background and my dedication to building strong relationships with both patients and surgery centers. Being a registered nurse brings a level of clinical expertise and credibility that is essential in post-surgical care. I also prioritize open communication with surgery centers, providing them with a reliable point of contact in case of any concerns. This ensures a seamless continuum of care for the patient.
Beyond my business, I’m also deeply invested in giving back to my community. I provide complimentary vital signs and health education clinics on a monthly basis to seniors at the Princeton Dining Center, demonstrating my commitment to holistic health and well-being within my community.
How do you think about luck?
I don’t really believe in luck. I believe that our thoughts and beliefs shape our experiences. I’ve always been a firm believer in the power of positive thinking and hard work. I believe in setting clear intentions, taking consistent action, and maintaining a positive mindset. The challenges I’ve faced have been opportunities for growth and learning, and the successes I’ve achieved are a direct result of my dedication and effort. I believe that what you put out into the universe, you get back. If you believe you will succeed, and you take the steps to succeed, you will.
