Daily Inspiration: Meet Diamond Divani

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diamond Divani.

Hi Diamond, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
From modeling in NC to New York, I took an interest in the camera and wanting to share my experiences not only in front of the camera but behind it as well. After moving back home to NC, I was searching my purpose in sharing my art from behind the camera as well as my experience and knowledge from rebranding myself via social media. In the summer of 2020 during Quarantine, I built my brand as a Social Media Content Manager (Divani Mode) and taking on clients. Now as of summer 2021, I have launched my very own gel press on nail brand, Presses By Divani.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I would love to say that the road has been paved and smoothed out for me, but that would be falsifying information and no lessons for growth for me. In business, I have learned that people are going to be people, not all money is good money, people will push you to lower your value, rate your worth. and most of all, it is ok to take a break to regroup but do not give up, give in and quit. Always gather yourself and get back to what you’ve started! You never know who is watching and you’re inspiring.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am the founder of Divani Mode which is a Social Media Content Management brand for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brand-based businesses, product and brand photographers, and I am also the owner of my newly launched gel press on nail brand Pressed By Divani.

I am most proud of myself for taking the risks that I have from last year and this year because I never seen myself doing and creating what I have now. I believe what sets myself apart from other brands is that I am Diamond Divani. I do not compete and compare, I love to support others as I know that there is room for us all!

What makes you happy?
What makes me happy is knowing and seeing the support from friends, family, peers, and everyone who stops and shops or books with me. That is one of the greatest feelings to me is to know that people genuinely love what I do and support.
