Hi Jensen Savannah, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I am a North Carolina native that grew up exploring North and South Carolina. I’ll never forget the adventures that my father took me on across both states before he passed away. I’ve always loved traveling, and I truly enjoy new experiences. During the pandemic, I downloaded the TikTok app. I started posting as a creative outlet to express myself and share what I loved most about where I lived.

I was immediately blown away by the response that I received on social media. It has been amazing to connect with people from all over the world and share everything that the Carolinas has to offer. So many people across the globe have personally reached out to thank me. Whether it is because they visited a new restaurant, destination, or a special event, they have been so grateful for sharing it with them. Growing up my father owned his own business, and I witnessed all the blood, sweat, and tears that it takes to run a successful business.

This is why I find it so important to use my platform to not only share new experiences but to support and help drive local businesses as well. I’ve had many local business owners reach out to express how thankful they are for me showcasing their business, and how it has helped bring new customers their way. It truly brings me so much joy to know I am helping the local economy and to connect people to new experiences across both the Carolinas.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As my social media presence grew, it became quite challenging to decide who to partner with for collaborations. I want to bring light to as many businesses and destinations in the Carolinas as possible, but I am extremely adamant about keeping my content authentic. I only showcase places and businesses that I enjoy and believe in the product. This means that at times I have to say “No” to some which is never easy.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a content creator that loves sharing new experiences with others and showcasing the best of the Carolinas. I really enjoy the platform Tiktok to share the new places I go to and hearing other stories from people as well. I am most known for the viral Tiktoks that I have done. I am most proud of helping small businesses and showing people how much the Carolinas have to offer. Recently, I’ve also had the opportunity to model for local clothing brands which is something I have a lot of passion for as well.

What sets me apart from others is that I am a homegrown Carolina girl who was born and raised on the state line between North and South Carolina. Because of that, I have been able to experience so much of what both states have to offer, and now I get to share it with the rest of the world.

What makes you happy?
Growing up my father always had something for us to do in North and South Carolina. After he passed away, I always felt like I had a part of him with me when I was able to explore new places or revisit the ones that he and I went to together. Exploring the Carolinas brings a smile to my face.

I also love interacting with my followers. Hearing their stories of how they were able to enjoy new experiences because they saw it on my platform is exciting. I also love their recommendations on where I should go next!
