Daily Inspiration: Meet Leigh Silverstein

Today we’d like to introduce you to Leigh Silverstein.

Hi Leigh, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Like many entrepreneurs, my journey started with a desire for freedom—freedom to build something of my own, freedom to serve clients more authentically, and, perhaps most importantly, freedom to create a better work-life balance. I used to joke that I wanted to work only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (TWTH haha) —packing my week with meaningful, productive hours and leaving the rest for life. That philosophy became the foundation of TWTH Consulting—a name that reminds me of the balance I strive to maintain and the kind of flexibility I now help my clients achieve through better digital systems.

With over 20 years of experience in web development, marketing, and business strategy—including time at one of the country’s largest SEO agencies—I knew I wanted to bring that big-agency expertise to small businesses, but without the fluff. I launched TWTH Consulting to help entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders turn their websites into their hardest-working employee—one that builds trust, converts visitors, and supports growth around the clock.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has is always been easy? Not exactly—and I wouldn’t want it to be. Like many small business owners, I’ve navigated moments of self-doubt, economic uncertainty, and the growing pains of scaling up while still giving every client my full attention. I’ve juggled being a parent, a business owner, a community volunteer, and more—all while staying on top of rapidly changing tech trends and client needs.

But those challenges shaped the business I run today. They taught me to focus on what matters: building strong relationships, creating efficient systems, and never losing sight of the real humans behind every brand I work with.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
TWTH Consulting is a digital strategy and web development studio based right here in North Carolina but serving clients throughout the US. I work primarily with small businesses, nonprofits, and founders who are ready to level up their online presence but don’t know where to start. Whether it’s a full website redesign, an SEO audit, or creating better calls-to-action that actually convert—I help clients build websites that work for them.

What sets me apart is the combination of deep technical knowledge, strategic marketing experience, and a very human approach to business. I’m not just building pretty websites; I’m helping people solve real business problems. I ask the tough questions. I build with both design and data in mind. And I always measure success by how well your website performs—not just how it looks.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the long-term relationships I’ve built. Many clients come for a website and stay for ongoing strategy, SEO, and support. That kind of trust is what fuels me.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m proud of helping clients reclaim their websites. So many people feel overwhelmed or intimidated by tech—they’ve paid for a site in the past that didn’t live up to expectations, or they’re stuck with something they can’t update themselves. I love showing them that it can be different. That your website can actually bring you leads, save you time, and represent you well—without the stress.

I also love being part of a client’s bigger journey. Whether it’s a therapist launching their private practice, a nonprofit expanding their impact, or a local retailer growing their online store—I get to be a small part of something meaningful. That never gets old.

There are a few ways to get started.
The easiest is to visit my website and grab one of my free checklists or sign up for a strategy call. I also host free webinars, offer website and SEO audits, and provide retainer-based services for ongoing support.

And if you’re not quite sure what you need, that’s okay too. Book a call, and we’ll figure it out together.

I love collaborating with creative people and mission-driven brands. Whether you’re launching something new, refreshing something old, or just trying to get found online—I’d love to help.
