Today we’d like to introduce you to Aasha Holland.

Hi Aasha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I started my career in the Property Management Industry dealing with multiple clients, owners, and vendor relationships. Also, excelling in the customer service and sales industry for more than 12 years.

February of 2021. I started my own property management company, Fabulous 1st Property Management. This year in August 2022 I opened the office location for real estate firm FAB Realty Group and Fabulous 1st Property Management. We have an amazing FAB Team and can’t wait to see the growth of the business over the next few years.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Owning a business will always have obstacles. I strive to keep a positive mindset and only manifest greatness in my businesses. There will always be challenges in business but as long as you remain focused on your vision and the reasons you started, things will always work themselves out.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Be kind to others and blessings will always return to you. No matter how hard this industry gets I always encourage my team to be kind and take the high road and we shall prosper.
