Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Rambeaut.
Hi Anna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have always loved photography. I got my first camera when I was 9 years old. It was a blue Kodiak point and shoot. As a kid, I always took photos of something, whether my siblings, cousins, or the pretty flowers outside my house. When I turned 17, a friend asked me to shoot her prom photos on her camera. From then on, it sparked a great love and passion for photography. In 2020 I started taking on sessions. These sessions included couples sessions and lots of family sessions. In March 2021, I got my LLC and officially became a business owner. Later that year, I shot my first wedding, which was such a dream of mine. As of today, I have been in business for a little over a year, I just relaunched my website, and I have several weddings booked for later this year and next year. I am so thankful the Lord has blessed me with a deep passion for people and this amazing opportunity to serve others on their big day.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a photographer, it is easy to fall into the comparison trap and new trends. It has certainly not been a smooth road. It comes down to wanting my brand to be as authentic and genuine as possible. My goal is for my audience to see each story as something real.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the owner and founder of Anna Downs Photography. I specialize in wedding, engagement, and lifestyle photography. My goal is to bring stories to life through images, capturing the intimate and personal details that will last a lifetime. My brand is based on the unique and profound stories of people. I seek to find authentic and genuine couples in their love for one another. I love to serve others and have a passion for people.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
A characteristic I feel is most important to my success is to be myself and set apart. When someone sees my brand, I want them to see that I serve my couples to the best of my abilities.
