Exploring Life & Business with Erin Richardson of Reaching Destinies Life Coaching

I became a life coach because I knew that I needed to be a part of someone’s success story, as so many have been a part of mine. I knew that I had to be SOMETHING to SOMEONE (that’s my motto.) I completed the Live Well Coaching Certification and when going through the course my passion for life coaching grew immensely. I specialize in helping other others find their niche, grow their business, find and center their passion, and most importantly hold them accountable for being the best them!

My clients and their success is my ONLY goal and I work vigorously WITH them to make sure they succeed in whatever it is they’re working toward.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road, whatsoever! (LOL).

The biggest struggle has been building my clientele. A lot of people are interested in coaching but really expect therapy. I am NOT a therapist. Life coaching is having an accountablility partner, essentially. Where myself and my client work on different goals explore different tools to reach the goal of the client. I hold my client’s accountable on a daily or weekly basis (depending on the desire of the client.) Life coaching is client focused, I’m just there to walk alongside client’s to ensure they are doing and being all they can do and be to reach their goals!

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Reaching Destinies Life Coaching?
Well as I mentioned Reaching Destinies Life Coaching is NOT a therapy service. I think that is important to know. However, if there are goals that one is wanting to reach for themselves rather it be organization, time managenment, career change, location change…anything surrounding your life and making adjustments to it for YOU.

Reaching Destinies is currently rebranding, and my website is under construction; however, I can be found via social media platforms including Instagram and Twitter. I provide Life Coaching sessions and center my sessions around each client that I serve individually. I’m able to provide sessions to anyone. ANYWHERE, for I offer services in person, telephonically, and virtually. I believe that sets me aside from other coaches due to not limiting myself.

I also offer monthly package deals, where I lump together X amount of coaching sessions for different amounts. I find that this has better served my clients and their commitment to doing their work.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I’m really hoping that in the next 5-10 years I am in a private coaching practice where I am Soley providing Life Coaching services as my full-time job.
