Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Pitter.
Hi Juan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a venezuelan engineer, that has lived in the US for 9 years, I moved here with my wife and our only daughter after being targeted by the dictatorial government of Nicolas Maduro, this tough situation made us seek another horizons, and USA seemed like a great opportunity at the time. We settled in the city of Charlotte, because we wanted a good city with opportunities and also a good place to raise a child. After owning a small kitchen equipment company for 6 years, I realized that I could be of help to the community by being a Real Estate Agent, after facing many challenges on the process of purchasing our home, I realized that there’s a lot of missinformation within the latin community and that there was a need to have familiar faces in the process, and especially one that knew and could relate to the challenges of homeownership that inmigrants face. I take great pride in every house that I sell, because to me it’s not just business, it’s about helping someone achieve one of the biggest goals a family can have, and that’s something I value of the job I get to do. I always say that happiness is not a destination, but a trip that starts at home, and I love to be able to help them find that home.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I remember when I first got my Real Estate license thinking that I was ready for what was to come, and boy, was I wrong. Don’t get me wrong you do learn a lot while getting your license, but the real world is a whole different deal, I was very lost at first, but I was eager to learn and succeed, so I had to take every step with caution, because you do not want to make a mistake, and I was lucky to surround myself of Pros. They did show me the way and after a while I was more confident that I knew I had what it takes to not only thrive, but succeed in this field. After a year and a half not only I have found my passion but I am deeply thankful to be able to help many families in the process.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Real Estate Agent in the State of NC
Sell, buy, lease, invest in real estate in or around Queen City
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I take pride in offering a very personalized service, there’s not a single real estate transaction that’s exactly like other; therefore, I try to analize every case so I can find every posibility that will ultimately lead to homeownership. I am also bilingual (Spanish and English) and I can be of help to make every step of the way easier for my clients, most of the service providers in home buying are usually English speakers, so I always offer myself to be the liaison in these communications, making sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. I am very acquainted with the Charlotte Metro area, for which I can be a very of help if you want to own a house in or around Queen City.
