Exploring Life & Business with Kandyce Kindell of Coldwell Banker HPW

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kandyce Kindell.

Hi Kandyce, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have worked in supply chain and operations for Fortune 500 and start-ups alike until I decided one day that I want to pour all of my hard work and dedicated hours into something I fully own. I want to create my own schedule, even though owning your own business is your 24/7 boss!

I have the tenacity and ability to connect with people that make being in the service-based industry the perfect fit. I absolutely love Real Estate including its challenges that keep me learning, as well as all of the different people that I get to meet.

I also own a trucking company where I work with owner-operators all over the country. Since my background is in trucking and supply chain, this was a natural next step.

I truly believe that there are no limits to what any of us can do or challenge ourselves to learn.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been many struggles. One was not passing my real estate exam the first time. This was very discouraging, but it pushed me to try harder. The other difficult part of Real Estate is the trial and error of lead generation… what a fun trial it is! I am so invested in being the best at my craft. Whatever I do not fully understand, I am very resourceful and will always go above and beyond to find answers for my clients. Joining the Coldwell Banker HPW team was the best decision I could have made!

Another challenge is balancing work and family life. I have realized that this may not be possible to necessarily balance. Both parts of my life blend and priorities change daily and that is okay! Having a healthy mind and body, a supportive spouse, and being extremely organized over my schedule has helped me to excel in all areas.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My name is Kandyce Kindell, and I am ready to serve you from “for sale” to “sold” with the power of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston by my side. I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle, NC area. I am dedicated, professional, and solution-oriented. I am a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®.

I moved to the area back in 2014, so I understand how it is moving to a new city and starting fresh. I want to help others make a smooth transition, just as our realtor did for us! I started my career in Logistics and have transitioned into real estate. Logistics is about getting from point A to point B smoothly and on budget, so many of those skills easily translate to the Real Estate world. I am eager to help people find their dream home!

I am very passionate about interior design. My decorating company, Dream Designs NC, began a few years ago as a hobby. I would love to offer this staging service while marketing your home for sale!

My husband and I have two children and a golden doodle. I have volunteered in the local community through PTA, Raleigh Food Bank, Elevation Church, and the Kraft YMCA. In our free time, we enjoy biking on one of the many local greenways. We are also foodies so we follow Raleigh Hidden Gems on IG to see what spot to try next!

I am very happy to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker, the #1 real estate brokerage in the Triangle. I would love to help you find the home that fits your needs and look forward to connecting soon!

How do you define success?
I define success as being healthy, happy, and living a purposeful life. I am happy when I am fully participating in all of my relationships… wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend. Starting my own business has made me happy. Being able to meet different people and really help them reach their financial and real estate goals has been very fulfilling.
