Hi Leda, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Leda Fazal is the owner of Tone Hair Salon, lead hairstylist, educator, and TikTok content creator. With specialties in seamless hair extensions using the Swan Method, blonding, balayage, extensions, grey blending, color corrections, and precision haircuts, Leda is passionate about creating hair miracles for her guests. Originally from NYC, Leda moved to beautiful NC to finish her bachelor’s degree in communications at William Peace College in 2003. In 2004, she graduated from cosmetology school and has been applying the skills from both educations daily. Leda takes pride in continuing her education and providing an award-winning signature hair color experience for each and every guest.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No I grew up with an abusive father and ran away at 17. Shorty after I became emancipated

We are continually voted Best Hair Salon year after year and we are home of the patented hair extension method, created by Leda Fazal. We specialize in hair extensions, color corrections, and grey transitioning

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
We plan on expanding to a much bigger location and teaching students the Swan Method for hair extensions world wide.
