Exploring Life & Business with Nicole Roberts of Aloe Co.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Roberts.

Hi Nicole, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, but my interest in wellness started long before I opened Aloe Co. I’ve always been interested in the healing properties of plants and the connection between what we put in and on our bodies. Becoming a mom deepened that curiosity and inspired me to learn more about nutrition, ingredient labels, and living more intentionally.

Over time, I realized beauty isn’t just about skincare. It’s influenced by what we consume, how we manage stress, and how we care for our nervous system. That philosophy became the foundation of Aloe Co. I wanted to create a space where clients could pause, receive thoughtful, personalized skincare, and experience deep relaxation in a world that rarely slows down.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting a business means learning as you go. I’ve made mistakes, changed my mind, and figured things out one step at a time.

The biggest challenge has been balancing life and business. Every day brings something new to learn, but each challenge has helped me grow, kept me humble, and made me incredibly grateful for every client who chooses to support Aloe Co.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Aloe Co. is a private skincare studio specializing in customized facials, facial sculpting, and holistic skincare. Every treatment is personalized to each client’s individual needs and goals.

I’m known for blending results driven skincare with deep relaxation through facial massage, lymphatic sculpting, and Reiki. Aloe Co. is part of a shared wellness space alongside other complementary practitioners, creating an experience that supports whole body wellness.

I’m intentional about the products I use, choosing thoughtfully formulated skincare made with high quality ingredients while avoiding unnecessary or potentially harmful ingredients. Above all, I want Aloe Co. to be known as a place where people feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed exactly as they are.

What matters most to you? Why?
Transparency and creating an environment where people feel genuinely comfortable and cared for.

I want my clients to know they’re receiving honest recommendations and personalized care. I also believe education is just as important as treatment. Helping people understand ingredients and skincare allows them to make informed choices that align with their values.

I believe touch is sacred. Before every treatment, I take a quiet moment to set my intention and quite literally put love and light into my hands. It means the world to me that my clients trust me enough to care for them in such a personal way. My hope is that every person leaves feeling just a little lighter than when they arrived, carrying that sense of peace into the rest of their day and into the life waiting for them outside my treatment room.
