We’re Jennifer Morgan and Jennifer O’Dell, and the world of medical aesthetics isn’t just a business for us—it’s been our passion for over 16 years.
It all started when I, Jennifer Morgan, began my journey about 16 years ago. I was working as a Laser Technician at a really big med spa, and I just loved it. I poured my heart into it, and before long, I was promoted into management.
Then came the moment that really set our path. About 15 years ago, I had the pleasure of hiring Jennifer O’Dell as a new Nurse Injector. From that day on, we just clicked!
We’ve worked side-by-side (and sometimes taken breaks to explore other opportunities) in all kinds of places—from those massive corporate med spas to smaller, cozier clinics. Every experience taught us something valuable about what truly makes a great practice: it’s about the patient, the quality of care, and having a team you trust.
Now, after all those years, we’ve finally come back together to lead something truly special: Oasis Medaesthetics.
Since May 2023, we’ve been managing everything here, ensuring that every person who walks through our doors gets that exceptional, personalized care we know they deserve. We run Oasis Medaesthetics under the guidance of Moxie PLLC and Dr. Seth Dinowitz, and we can’t wait to share our passion for making you feel confident and beautiful!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a new practice is an exciting, yet often demanding, adventure. While we were fortunate to receive incredible support with the initial setup—ensuring our physical space was ready to welcome you—our first 30 days presented a valuable learning curve in a crucial area: visibility.
We candidly faced some serious hurdles with our early marketing and advertising efforts, which meant our online presence was almost non-existent right out of the gate. In today’s digital world, that felt like an enormous struggle.
However, even while we navigated those initial challenges—operating almost entirely on word-of-mouth and sheer grit—we achieved something remarkable: we closed that first month with a small but significant profit.
That moment was incredibly validating. It was proof that our commitment to exceptional service resonated, even without robust digital support. Looking back on that challenging start, we realized: If we could not only survive but also succeed through that first month, our future was truly limitless.
It gave us the confidence and clarity we needed to refine our strategies and build the thriving, visible practice we are today.
