Twelve years ago, I stepped into the world of insurance with one simple goal: to help people protect what matters most. I didn’t know then that this career would become my passion, my purpose, and eventually my business — Dream Team Insurance Agency.
I started as an insurance agent eager to learn, asking questions, studying every policy, and taking every opportunity to grow. Early on, I discovered something important: insurance isn’t just paperwork or numbers — it’s trust. It’s the comfort a family feels knowing their home is protected. It’s a business owner’s confidence that their dream is secure. It’s the relief someone feels after an accident, knowing they’re taken care of.
Throughout the years, I built a reputation for honesty, transparency, and truly listening to each client’s needs. I became the person people called when they didn’t understand a policy, needed guidance, or simply wanted someone to explain things in a way that made sense. And I loved it.
After more than a decade of experience, I realized I was ready for my next chapter. I wanted to create an agency where clients felt valued, understood, and supported — not just during the purchase, but throughout every stage of life. That dream became reality on August 9, 2024, when I opened Dream Team Insurance Agency.
Today, I help individuals, families, and entrepreneurs find the right coverage at the right price — auto, home, business, general liability, workers comp, life, and more. But beyond the policies, what truly drives me is building relationships and being a resource people can trust.
My mission is simple:

*Building your agency from the ground up meant learning how to balance marketing, licensing, compliance, finances, and client service all at once with no blueprint handed to you.
*Insurance is full of big agencies and long established names. Earning clients’ trust and standing out with honesty, transparency, and personalized service took hard work and consistency.
*From paperwork to licensing to carriers with strict timelines (like waiting for contract eligibility), the administrative side created delays and challenges but all were conquered.
*Growing a business while taking care of your health and personal life — and staying disciplined through it all is not easy.
*Staying updated with changes in insurance, industry rules, and state requirements required ongoing education and adaptability.
