Hi Sterling, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have been a builder all my life and I have always loved to build furniture. About 2 years ago I started working out of my garage and selling on Etsy and it has grown to what it is today!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not always! Timelines can be strenuous as well as in the woodworking industry sometimes you can have very good months and some very down months, so preparing for that can be very difficult

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Drunken Woodsmith?
I’m a woodworker and I specialize in building custom Dining tables and Coffee Tables. I am a completely custom builder and nothing I do is the same. So everything I do is custom to each client and nothing I build is ever the same. I’m very proud of some of the amazing prices I have built and the great ratings I get from customers

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Just stay at it. There are lots of times where you will want to stop or quite but you just have to persevere
