Hi Tanisha, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Tanisha C. Williams, CEO of EMBATTLE LLC.
As a developing young woman, I frequently encountered unsafe situations. Foster care, past relationships, or even learning about risky circumstances in daily life—all of these things paved the way for me to arrive where I am now.
By 22, I had received various accolades for my academic, professional, and even personal accomplishments, yet I still felt like something was lacking. I came to the realization that while all of those things were significant, my passion was for SAFETY.
In August of 2021, I established a small company entitled “EMBATTLE LLC. “
EMBATTLE means to PREPARE or to FORTIFY.
Here at EMBATTLE, Self-defense products are our area of expertise for both wholesale and retail. We are aware that nothing is completely safe in the modern world, and there is no way to completely ensure your protection.
What you CAN do, however, is prepare yourself. Prepare yourself for the battle if one shall arise. Keep in mind that it’s not a guaranteed for solidified safety, but if push comes to shove, “MAKE EM BATTLE.”
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey hasn’t exactly been easy, but what a wonderful thing. Being able to assist those we can is a relieving experience. But it aches that we can never assist everyone. The accounts we hear from some of our battlers are heartbreaking. Then there are the individuals who are making proactive efforts, which we fully encourage. We wouldn’t require these items to protect ourselves in a perfect society, but unfortunately, that’s the awful reality of the world we live in today.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The colors of our logo are “Black & Yellow.” Yellow is used in the military industry to denote “Relaxed Alertness.” and the color black denotes that you are ready for battle and already engaged. Therefore, we wanted to make sure that you are always prepared and awake.
We refer to our collective as The Battleship and our supporters as Battlers. Our battleship presently contains almost 25 states. We are incredibly appreciative of each and every one of you.
