Hi Agie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hi! My Name is Agie Mbye. I am from the The Gambia West Africa. I migrated to the United States when I was 14 years old to further my education and pursue my dreams. I admire the beauty of nature and all the natural ingredients it presents. I started making natural skincare products in 2018 in my home kitchen, my company is named after my three beautiful daughters who are the inspiration behind my business. My vision is to make people’s live easier with finding natural skincare products that is safe for their skin. This has been my passion it’s part of me and I love it. I am where I am now because I believe and have faith in myself from the very first day I started my business.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The lessons I have learned along the way was no matter how much you know or how much you prepare failure was going to be inevitable. I have faced lots of trials and tribulations especially growing my business the first year. I went through financial losses which was the hardest part because it’s stressful losing money. Looking back I would say no it was not an easy ride but i have learned so much from my challenges and I ensure it helped me developed strength of character and confident.

What makes you happy?
Waking up everyday seeing my beautiful kids and my amazing husband brings me joy and happiness. I love my family, i talk to my mom, dad, brothers, and my sister even though they are not around me I am so blessed to have a wonderful family like them. I have a great support system and that truly makes me happy.
