Hidden Gems: Meet Kristina Argenal of Keller Williams Preferred Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Argenal.

Hi Kristina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
As a North Carolina native, I have been involved in Real Estate since 2018. My love for real estate came from buying my first investment property at the age of 22. I quickly realized that buying the right property can change your world.

That’s why one of my priorities is to help more people become owners of real estate. With my extensive experience in sales, I value helping people and being able to communicate to effectively get tasks done.

When I’m not working in real estate, I love spending time with my family, working on my clothing brand “The Monarchy Brand” and traveling as often as possible.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Balancing being a new mom and an entrepreneur. It has definitely made me a stronger person and made me become effective with my time. I am now a full-time entrepreneur and that was a challenge. Overall the challenges make me more motivated every day to give my very best in my career.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a professional and personable realtor in the triangle area. I help people purchase property for investment purposes, personal or even sell their current properties. I love everything in real estate and enjoy helping people accomplish the ultimate dream of being a homeowner.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Honestly, I wouldn’t call it luck, I would call it blessed. Once my son was born I knew I wanted more for not only myself but for him as well. His birth gave me the push I needed to step out on faith and really accomplish my goals.
