Hi Veronica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Growing up my mom would celebrate all milestones and accomplishments. She made our special day an unbelievable experience and I will cherish those memories forever. This is why I truly love celebrating life’s milestones and journeys.
I believe everyone should be celebrated and treated like a Queen or a King, from the guests attending an event to most definitely the person being honored. My goal is to make sure everyone has an incredible experience, with memories that will last a lifetime.
It gives me great pleasure to see the excited expression on the face of my clients as I bring to life the event they have imagined. I truly love what I do.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
There have definitely been ups and downs. Starting out in such a competitive business and developing an approach that makes you stand out from the rest can be a challenge. In addition, building clientele by taking the opportunity to consult on different event types to showcase my talents and skills is always an adventure. Lastly, during the COVID period there were enormous challenges. With event hosting at a minimum, I made sure I was staying active by building up my inventory and supplies. By doing this, I was able to be a one stop shop for my clients by providing them with all the inventory needed for an event: linens, centerpieces, backdrops, etc. This helped to keep their costs down.
