Hi William, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my mobile mechanic business because I realized how valuable my time was, so obviously, that was the case for others as well. By offering vehicle services at their home, school, or work location they could free up quite a bit of time typically consumed by waiting in the shop and figuring out the logistics for a ride home, etc.
Also, being a Raleigh native, I wanted to sort of become a part of the fabric of this great city and offer some convenience to others here.
I’ve been wrenching on vehicles most of my adult life and decided not to let a valuable skill go to waste while hopefully making other peoples’ experience with having their vehicle repaired more personal and enjoyable.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In the beginning, I operated a brick-and-mortar location on the south side of the city. Still, overhead and the hassles of finding qualified employees steered me towards a smaller yet more efficient business model.
Cutting the overhead associated with operating a facility translates into savings for the consumer, and that makes everyone happy.

Here, we specialize in brake systems, as every vehicle on the roadways uses brakes and they’re a high wear item in somewhat frequent need of service, however, we also perform other services as per the request and need of the customer.
