Inspiring Conversations with BoomSound Lavelle of BoomSound Factory LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to BoomSound Lavelle.

Hi BoomSound, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been in love with music since age of 4. I hit the dance floor by age of 10 and started producing at 14. MySpace had a lot to do with my start. Following blueprint of Soulja Boy for digital marketing. Of course overtime I developed proprietary strategies of my own. It’s just something me and my twin brother (Ant Devon) loved to do. It wasn’t until after college when I started BoomSound Factory, an A&R team that scouted and promoted artists in the height of the digital dsp era.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Getting into unfortunate situations with labels, artists etc. learning that this business isn’t about pleasing people.
