Today we’d like to introduce you to Dave Noffsinger.

Hi Dave, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself. 
I moved to the Raleigh area in 1999 from West Virginia after college. I was still in search of a career path when I was offered an opportunity for a job working with a local multi-trade contractor, Chip Mims (CBM Enterprises). This would lead to becoming a licensed contractor and eventually co-founding my own multi-trade company with the love of my life, Cyndi. We live in Fuquay-Varina with our last two teenagers nearing their way to college, 2 dogs, and a fish. Music and fishing are my passions. With my trade skills and Cyndi’s business background, we knew we could achieve success. Our company, NCWaterHeaters.com, is the parent company of 4 additional divisions that include NCPlumbingServices.com, NCHomeElectric.com, NCHomeRemodeling.com, and Accurate Backflow. We put ethics first, never utilizing deceptive sales tactics. Our customers invite us back into their homes for additional projects and refer us with confidence that the next person will have an equally great experience. That is the greatest testament to our knowledge, ethics, and customer service. 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With nearly 30 years in the trades, there have definitely been struggles. It is important to power through them, constantly learning and improving both professionally and personally. I enjoy teaching and hope to provide wisdom to our technicians that are hoping for a similar career path.

We take pride in our suite of licensed service offerings, even though they are not all in the plumbing field. We serve both residential and commercial customers in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding areas. 

We are water heater nerds, able to talk about water heaters all day long if you let us. Whether you need a tanked water heater replacement or want to discuss converting to a more eco-friendly option, we can guide you through the options and benefits. We also offer maintenance programs for tanked and tankless water heaters as well as repair services. 

Our plumbing services include anything water heater related, of course, but also include water and drain line repairs and replacements, plumbing fixture repair and replacement, gas line repair and replacement, converting appliances to natural or propane gas, well and sump pump issues, and installing specialty plumbing fixtures like pot fillers and hot/cold hose bibs. 

Our electrical services include all service-based electrical needs, including EV charger installation, panel box upgrades, grounding, surge protectors, adding light fixtures and specialty electrical, and electrical fixture repair and replacement. 

On the home remodeling side, we focus on interior remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, attics, and basements. We use our own in-house trade professionals, which allow us greater control of the schedule as well as consistency in our quality of work. Every project has a dedicated project manager to navigate each stage with homeowners. We can work with your designer or provide design services for you. 

Accurate Backflow is the newest addition to our suite of services. We provide backflow repair, replacement, and certification services for commercial and residential customers. Ease in scheduling, reminder services, and fair pricing keeps us ahead of the rest.
