Hi Jennifer, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I’m a Southwest Florida native; who moved up to North Carolina with my family in May. We moved outside Raleigh to restore a historic house built in the 1790s. We live tiny (170 square feet) and enjoy this new life. After quitting my full-time job to be a stay-at-home Mom, I decided to launch my own social media agency – The Social Handle. I have years of experience in the digital arena and have been doing freelance digital marketing services for many small businesses. I’m a small business with no intention of becoming a corporate giant. I will never live to work. I prefer making my schedule, so I never miss a beat on family life. Raising my son has been the biggest blessing in my life thus far. My ultimate goal in my professional career is to continue providing valuable services to small businesses looking to share their brand with the world.

You wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
Life always throws you curve balls; mistakes are just proof you are trying. Learning the ins and outs of running a business is not a walk in the park; there are so many hats that you have to wear as a business owner. If something knocks me down, I’ll get back up and try again.
