Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Abreu.
Hi Jessica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story actually starts with my own health. I was diagnosed with celiac disease 18 years ago, and while it’s not new to me, it’s still something I navigate every single day and it’s a constant journey that requires me to stay on top of the right supplementation and really understand what my body needs to thrive.
Having a horrible gluten reaction due to cross-contamination was what kicked off what became a full-blown wellness journey. I had to learn my body from scratch, figure out what actually fueled it, and get honest about what wasn’t working anymore. Somewhere along the way, I also started noticing the classic signs of perimenopause. If you’re a woman over 40, you probably know exactly what I mean: the fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix, the mood swings, the metabolism that suddenly has a mind of its own. It can wreak absolute havoc on your body, and for a long time I just thought I had to push through it.
As I started making changes and actually feeling better, more energy, more clarity, more like myself, I had this realization: I can’t be the only one going through this. There are so many women out there feeling exactly what I felt, quietly struggling and thinking it’s just “getting older.” And I remember thinking, wouldn’t it be amazing if I could help them feel the way I feel now?
That thought is what led me to become a certified Custom Health Specialist, and later a certified GoTrim weight loss coach as well. Today, my work has two sides to it. I get to work one-on-one with individual clients, helping them build personalized wellness plans that actually fit their bodies and their lives. And I also partner with health professionals, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, helping them bring supplementation and wellness programs into their own practices so they can offer even more to their patients.
Honestly, it’s a full-circle kind of feeling. What started as me trying to solve my own health puzzle turned into something that lets me help so many people solve theirs. I don’t take that lightly.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Honestly, no… it hasn’t been smooth, and I think it’s important to be real about that.
One of my biggest struggles has actually been my own head. This isn’t my first career move, and there’s a part of me that sometimes worries what people will think. Will they assume I don’t know what I’m doing because I’ve pivoted before? Will they think something else I tried didn’t work out, and that’s why I’m doing this now? That kind of self-doubt is quiet, but it’s persistent, and I’ve had to learn to work through it rather than let it stop me.
Then there’s the physical side of it. Living with celiac disease means growing a business isn’t just about strategy and hustle, it’s about logistics I have to think through constantly. Where am I going to be, what will I be able to eat while I’m there, do I have what I need with me to actually feel good and show up fully. It’s an extra layer most people never have to think about, and on top of perimenopause symptoms, some days just showing up as my best self takes real effort.
What’s helped me overcome both of those things is reminding myself why I started. Every time the doubt creeps in, I think about the women I’ve already helped feel like themselves again, and that quiets the noise pretty quickly. On the health side, I’ve simply gotten better at planning: I prep, I pack, I build my days around what my body needs instead of hoping it’ll cooperate. I’ve also had to get comfortable asking for grace, from myself and from others, on the days that are harder. At the end of the day, my own journey is proof that this work matters. I’m not just coaching from a textbook, I’m living it right alongside my clients.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Limitless Solutions?
At Limitless Solutions, I specialize in helping people, especially women navigating their wellness journey, build a wellness plan that’s actually built around them, not a generic program pulled off a shelf. As a certified Custom Health Specialist and certified GoTrim weight loss coach, I offer a few core services designed to meet clients wherever they are in their journey.
It starts with Personalized Wellness Consultations. I take the time to really understand a client’s unique health goals, current habits, and nutritional needs, and from there we build a customized plan together that incorporates high-quality supplements and sustainable lifestyle changes, nothing generic, nothing cookie-cutter.
From there, I offer Nutrition & Weight Management Support, because health isn’t one-size-fits-all. I guide clients through balanced nutrition, sustainable weight management, and the right supplement support to help optimize metabolism, energy, and overall well-being.
And because I believe lasting change comes from understanding, not just following instructions, I round it out with Ongoing Education & Support, easy-to-follow wellness education, expert recommendations, and continuous support so clients can keep making informed, lasting choices long after our work together begins.
What sets me apart is that I’m not coaching from the outside looking in. Living with celiac disease for 18 years and going through my own perimenopause journey means I understand, on a very personal level, what it feels like when your body stops cooperating with you. I bring that same level of care and attention to every client I work with.
One of the areas I’ve become especially passionate about is helping women who are on GLP-1 medications, as well as women who want to boost their body’s natural GLP-1 production without medication.
Here’s the thing about GLP-1s that not enough people talk about: the medication can help you lose weight, but it doesn’t automatically protect your muscle mass, your gut health, or your nutrient levels while you’re losing it. I had a client, a 47-year-old mom of two, who came to me a few months into her GLP-1 journey. She’d lost weight, but she was exhausted, her hair was thinning, and she felt like she was shrinking instead of transforming. I built her a personalized plan, targeted supplementation to protect her muscle and support her energy, a nutrition strategy designed specifically around appetite suppression, and ongoing check-ins to adjust as her body changed. Within eight weeks, her energy was back, her hair loss stopped, and she felt strong again, not just smaller.
And for the women who aren’t on a GLP-1 medication but are curious about it, I help them explore whether they can support their body’s own natural GLP-1 production first, through targeted nutrition, specific supplementation, and lifestyle shifts that support blood sugar balance and satiety naturally. I had a client who wanted to avoid medication and worked with you to curb cravings and stabilize energy naturally. For some women, that’s enough. For others, it becomes the foundation they need before or alongside medical support.
That’s really the heart of what I do: whether a woman is on a GLP-1, thinking about starting one, or wanting to work with her body naturally, I meet her exactly where she is and build a plan that protects her long-term health, not just the number on the scale.
The other piece of my business that I’m especially proud of is my work with health professionals. I partner with chiropractors and naturopathic doctors to help them bring supplementation and wellness programs directly into their practices, so their patients have access to more complete, whole-body care without having to go searching for it elsewhere.
If there’s one thing I want readers to walk away knowing, it’s this: wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and you don’t have to just live with feeling “off.” Whether you’re working with me personally or through your own doctor’s office, my goal is always the same, help people feel like themselves again.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’d love for people to reach out! There are a few different ways to connect with me, depending on what you’re looking for.
If you’re a woman who’s tired of feeling “off”, whether that’s perimenopause symptoms, navigating a GLP-1 journey, or just wanting a wellness plan that actually fits your life, I offer personalized wellness consultations where we sit down, talk through what’s really going on, and build a plan together. That’s the best place to start. You can book your consult on calendly: https://calendly.com/limitlesssolutionsnc/30min
If you’re a health professional, a chiropractor, a naturopathic doctor, or really any provider who wants to offer supplementation and wellness programs to your patients but doesn’t have the bandwidth to build that out yourself, I’d love to talk about a partnership. I handle that side of it so you can focus on what you do best, while giving your patients access to more complete care. You can schedule a meeting through calendly https://calendly.com/limitlesssolutionsnc/30min or email me at limitlesssolutionswithjess@gmail.com
And if you’re someone who just wants to support what I’m building, the easiest way is to follow along on instagram.com/limitlesssolutionsnc share my page with a woman in your life who might need to hear this, or simply reach out with questions. I always love connecting with people, even if it’s just to talk through what you’re going through and point you in the right direction.
You can find me at LimitlessSolutionsNC.com, or reach out directly, I’m always happy to have a conversation before anyone commits to anything.
