Hi Nesha , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I am a spiritual entrepreneur, & licensed realtor, who believes legacy begins within.
I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2021 as an intentional candle maker during a season of transition, preparing to leave Brooklyn, NY and build a new life in Raleigh, NC. What started as creating candles for reflection and healing became a deeper commitment to living and building with purpose, with Blackpearlintention.
In 2022 I became a licensed realtor, specializing in helping out-of-state professionals, and growing families relocate to North Carolina to secure more space and long-term homeownership. With a background in mixed-income property management, I saw firsthand how access, education, and guidance can shift the trajectory of entire bloodlines. In 2023, I became a commissioned notary, continuing my mission to be a trusted guide during life’s most important decisions.
As a wife and stay-at-home mother, I blend spirituality, strategy, and family life, proving that building wealth and breaking cycles can happen at the same time. Moving from Brooklyn to North Carolina required faith, reinvention, and a willingness to start over. My work is rooted in healing, alignment, and the belief that ownership is more than property, it’s power.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The transition from city to suburban life, and property management to residential real estate, like many transitions had its challenges. What I realized was even though real estate was different from property management my intention has always been the same, helping families achieve their home goals and listening to what the future version of themselves wanted to accomplish. I learned to explore Raleigh as a resident and a Realtor.

What stands out about my brand is that I merge healing with strategy. I don’t separate spirituality from business, I lead with intention in everything I build. I started my journey as an intentional candle maker, creating vegan, sustainable candles infused with herbs, crystals, and focused intention, where art and healing meet. That foundation shaped how I show up in real estate.
As a licensed realtor specializing in relocation, I understand that moving isn’t just logistical, it’s emotional! I help individuals and families transition with clarity, long-term vision, and strategy, especially those relocating to build a new chapter or create generational wealth. My background in mixed-income property management gives me a strong structural understanding of housing, but what truly sets me apart is how I guide clients through major decisions grounded, informed, and aligned.
I don’t just sell homes. I help people move intentionally.

I am a mother of 5 and I have a blended family. My family is the most important thing in my life. This year will be 15 years of marriage, and I couldn’t be prouder!
