Inspiring Conversations with Nicole Tatum of 3Thirteen Printing Company

Fashion has always been a passion! I was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. I graduated from high school, relocated to Raleigh, NC furthering my education in business management. Completing my studies, I had worked at multiple retail stores to learn the process and systems of operating low volume and high-volume stores. The knowledge gained so far was fulfilling. I felt it was time to test out other industries after graduation. In 2019 I decided to launch my clothing brand, CTB Clothing Co. LLC. My journey taught me how to design, cut vinyl, and heat press T-Shirts. I learned lessons through trial-and-error testing different materials and vendors. I created a few collections and supported other entrepreneurs with their visions. I noticed the impact and the demand for these services. A year later, we started 3Thirteen Printing Company LLC to assist other entrepreneurs with their custom T-Shirts and branding needs. We have built dope relationships with so many talented individuals along the way.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?

There is always adversity, but you have to hustle hard and stay humble through the process. I wrote it down first, prayed, and followed through to success. Since the pandemic hit, our biggest challenge has been the limited stock of inventory that’s available.

We’re a custom T-Shirt Printing & Branding Agency. We specialize in custom T-Shirts using sublimation printing, high-quality heat transfer vinyl, or full-color transfers. Other services we offer to individuals, brands, businesses are custom decals, custom coffee mugs, custom table cloths, and graphic design services.

I don’t believe in luck! If you are willing to put the work in for whatever you want to achieve in life. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to.
