Hi Rhonda, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am a sexual abuse survivor. I have over 20 years of child welfare experience. I am the coauthor of A Catalyst Change and the author of A Time to Heal: 7 Steps to Healing and Forgiveness after Sexual Abuse and Assault. I have 2 coloring books available on Amazon, A Color to Heal and A Time to Heal to Color, I am the owner of RJW Guiding Services LLC. I am a Certified Master Coach specializing in forgiveness and grief coaching. I have a Bachelor and Masters in Social Work. I was the first African American Department of Social Services Director in Washington County NC. I just received a 100 Successful Women in Business Award. I was named Woman of the Year at S.W.A.T. s Annual Charity Gala.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No because I have been living as two people at the same time. The strong, bold and courageous woman but yet broken and isolated

My business consists of speaking, consulting, coaching services, writing, travel tips, and workshops. I am an author, coach and speaker. I specialize in forgiveness and grief coaching services.
My books, coloring books and coaching services can empower survivors of abuse to take control of their lives.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I liked to play school with my friends and of course I was always the teacher. I liked to be the center of attention by excelling. I was involved in a lot of clubs in high school. I was raised by my grandparents.
