Inspiring Conversations with Sabrina Mcmillan of Wine N Keys

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Mcmillan.

Hi Sabrina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
As a Raleigh native, I’ve always had a deep love for my city. My journey for helping others started as a teenager being a passionate volunteer and mentee at Garner Road YMCA. Here is where I learned work ethic, giving back, and passion. After graduating from Middle Creek High School. I was honored to attend the Illustrious University of North Carolina Greensboro where I was surrounded by culture, higher education, and long-life friendships.

Through my high school and college education, I always had an inner passion for serving others. After college, I took my talents to Specialty Retail. I spent 10 years in Retail rising to the top. I started my career as a sales associate and 10 years later, I became a store manager of a top candle company. My many years of going above and beyond for clients inspired and prepared me for my transition into Real Estate. As I transitioned into my Real Estate career, I know I wanted to educate and inspire my community to use real estate to become financially free and create generational wealth for their families.

I created my brand Wine N Keys where I use the platform to give tips and examples on how to win in the Real Estate industry. As I complete my first year in real estate in I am grateful to all those I have helped thus far and my amazing Firm Costello Real Estate and Investments 100% supports my goals.

I hope to inspire my community to own multiple homes, have investment properties, and be able to educate them on how to be successful in Real Estate. I always want to use my platform to continuously give back to mine. Community as much as possible. I annually hold back to school drives, Halloween outreach, and an Angel Tree event each year.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Absolutely nope. As a full-time entrepreneur, I definitely have my rough days but through my faith in God, my passion for real estate, and amazing supportive village I continue to show up and show out each day.

As you know, we’re big fans of Wine N Keys LLC. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
My brand educates my community on all things real estate. My brand is also a Property Management company that manages Airbnb, short and long-term tenants. Making the rentals process seamless for my landlords and tenants.

I am most proud of starting this on my own and being extremely successful in my first year.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Yes, I had learned even more that life is short so go after everything you want.
