Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Brittany Webb

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Brittany Webb. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Brittany, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of building, that most people don’t see is my inner strength and discipline. People often see the businesses, the products, and the partnerships, but what they don’t see is the late nights, the quiet moments of doubt, and the constant work I’ve put into my mindset. I’ve built resilience, consistency, and faith behind the scenes. That foundation is what allows me to show up boldly in my brands and in life. Without that inner work, none of what I’ve built publicly would be sustainable.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Brittany J. Webb. I’m an entrepreneur, creator, and the founder of three lifestyle brands: Britt’s Bikini & Swimwear, BBSW Athletics, and BBSW Skin. I started my first business at 23, with nothing more than vision, drive, and faith, and I’ve grown it into a multi-brand company that now reaches people around the world. What makes my brands unique is that they’re not just products; they’re experiences rooted in confidence, self-care, and empowerment. Every bikini, body butter, or athletic piece is crafted to make people feel good inside and out.

My story is one of resilience and creativity. I’ve built everything from the ground up while balancing school, personal growth, and community impact. Right now, I’m most excited about BBSW Skin expanding into stores and creating partnerships that give back, like our breast cancer awareness campaign. At the core, everything I do is about helping people feel seen, celebrated, and inspired to chase their own dreams.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What often breaks the bonds between people is a lack of honesty, communication, and empathy. When trust is damaged (whether through unspoken feelings, broken promises, or simply not showing up for one another) connections weaken. But what restores those bonds is vulnerability and accountability. It takes humility to admit mistakes, courage to have the hard conversations, and consistency to rebuild trust. At the heart of it, love and genuine effort are what knit people back together.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could say one kind thing to my younger self, it would be: ‘You are enough, just as you are. Every challenge you face is shaping you for the woman you’re becoming. Trust your journey, don’t dim your light, and know that the love, success, and peace you dream about are already on their way to you.’

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What truths are so foundational in your life that you rarely articulate them?
The truths that are so foundational in my life that I rarely articulate are that God is my source, love is my anchor, and consistency is my superpower. I don’t always say those things out loud, but they’re the principles that guide how I live, how I run my businesses, and how I show up for the people I love.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What light inside you have you been dimming?
The light I’ve been dimming is my softness. I’ve always been strong, independent, and resilient, and while those qualities have carried me far, sometimes I’ve downplayed my gentleness, my need for love, and my feminine side to protect myself or to keep pushing forward. But I’ve realized that my softness is not a weakness, it’s part of my power. Letting that light shine again has made me more whole.
