We aim to be the change we wish to see in the world. Our ethos is built on kindness and sustainability running thrpugh every dish of our award winning plant based soul food.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Restaurants are always tough business. Don’t go it alone, and if you don’t absolutely love it (like work years for free love it) you may want to pick a different path!

The ownership team at Pure Soul is Nikolas Spaulding (a decorated vegan chef) and Andrew Justad (a kind entrepreneur) who bring a cozy and kind vibe to this small family owned business in Durham, NC
