After retiring from the Air Force, Dr. Kim earned an Associate in Arts of Business Administration, 2014, Cum laude, a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014, Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration/Human Resource Management, 2017 from Strayer University, Maryland Doctorate Degree, 2018/Philosophy, Global Oved, Dei, Seminary University. In 2016, Dr. Kim experienced her issues with sensitive skin; from this experience, she decided to pursue her dream to study esthetics and holistic treatments for women and men in her home state of Maryland. Dr. Kim is a Master Esthetician with several specialties in paramedical skincare training, Cryoskin Therapy Certified, permanent makeup, makeup artistry, and lecturing. In 2016 Dr. Kim opened her premier upscale spa in Southern Maryland, Age Tomorrow Studio. While using professional products on her clients, she noticed a lack of organic skincare and makeup products that worked well for all sensitive skin types, and she wanted to make a difference. Dr. Kim worked diligently with a dedicated team to create her signature product, Age Tomorrow, a skincare and cosmetic line, Which has proven to give her clients radiant, glowing, and healthy skin. Dr. Kim’s goal is to stay passionate about creating safe, healthy skincare and cosmetic products for sensitive skin types. We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In March 2020, I opened my new studio in OxonHill, Maryland. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I had to close my business within 30 days. When my business was closed, I maximized my time and pivoted my business in several ways. I set up an online store selling my skincare and cosmetic products. Next, I took virtual courses to increase my knowledge of specialty services in the beauty industry.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Professional Practice. Dr. Kim is a Master Aesthetician with several specialties in paramedical skincare training, permanent makeup, makeup artistry, Body Contouring, and lecturer.

We all have different ways of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success is when you truly can define your life purpose and have a passion for pursuing it.
