I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Since our opening in 2015, we have had an outpouring of support from our local community. I would say that there have been challenges but doing business with my best friends have made it feel like the best experience ever no matter what we are going through. Sherlocks is successful due to our customers and only because of our customers. We treasure our local community more than anything. If I had to say something about a specific challenge, I would say that COVID-19 was extremely hard for all small businesses. We had to close our stores for multiple months while continuing to pay our employees. Since then we have been continuing our climb up the mountain and the peak is nowhere in sight. I can’t wait to see what’s at the top!
